January 28, 2010 Aved Earns International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Registration.Aved Electronics has received official International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) registration from the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, certifying the company's dedication to adhering to regulations controlling the export and import of defense-related articles and services. ITAR regulations are designed to control the information and materials of military related technologies and ensure that military technologies are only shared with U.S. persons, unless approval from the Department of State is received via a special exemption.
