Multi-Conductor Cable Harnesses Feature Totally Integrated Smart Testing /press-releases/01 81 MCT

Custom engineered and manufactured multi-conductor cable harnesses, certified to IPC-A-620 specifications for mission critical applications, are available from Aved Electronics, Inc. of Lowell, Massachusetts.

Aved multi-conductor cable harnesses are built on proprietary back-wired systems that permit the production of harnesses with up to 1,000 conductors and provide a "Go-No-Go Test" on all terminations to assure 100% accuracy. Utilizing test fixtures to simulate insertions and Cirris automated testing equipment, they are all certified to IPC-A-620 manufacturing specifications. Providing a serialized printout QC document validating the integrity of each conductor, Aved multi-conductor cable harnesses conform to MIL-I-45208A. Hand soldered in accordance with MIL-S-45743, MIL-STD-1460, MIL-STD-2000, they are packaged per MIL-STD-129 specifications. Applications include military ground combat vehicles, airborne systems, and medical equipment. Aved multi-conductor cable harnesses are priced according to configuration and quantity.
